Conveniently located on the ground floor of the PwC Centre (109 Ward St), the University’s CBD office space is available to Waikato Alumni & Friends to hire for events and to use as a drop-in working space.

Open-Plan Working Space
Waikato alumni and friends are invited to use the Hamilton CBD office as a "drop-in" space when you are in town - at no charge!
You are welcome to drop in and use the available booths, stand-up tables, and couches. So just bring your laptop and you are ready to go!
Parking is widely available in the Hamilton CBD area. The Garden Place Carpark across the road from the CBD office offers the FIRST HOUR FREE all week. Find out more about the Centre Place Mall and Garden Place carpark here.
